We assist private and publicly-held companies with M&A transactions generally in the range of $25 million to $500 million.

  • Mergers
  • Company sales: Stock-for-stock, asset sales
  • Auction sales under Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code
  • Roll-up of oil and gas properties into a corporation or Master Limited Partnership
  • Acquisition search and SPAC assignments
  • Valuation and Fairness Opinions

Over the past two decades, we have undertaken over 40 M&A transaction engagements with corporate and private equity parties. Our Managing Directors bring experience advising buyers and sellers across a range of industries. We understand that an M&A process often requires speed, discretion, and efficiency—especially when resources are limited—and we work closely with boards and investors who recognize that a strategic sale may be preferable to continued dilution.

M&A has been a core activity at HamiltonClark particularly in sectors where strategic value often outpaces current market traction—such as sustainability, climate technology, advanced materials, and energy. Our team is deeply credentialed in assessing emerging technologies and understands the value proposition from both sides of the table. We maintain direct relationships with deal-team leaders at major corporations, ensuring our clients gain access to the right decision-makers at the right time.
